How to make
Put a pan on low-medium flame and add ghee with it. When it starts melting, add the milk with it and apple mixture in it and then add saffron and bring it to a boil.
The milk will start curdling due to the sourness of the apple. Continue to stir the mixture.
When the apple and milk mixture become dry properly, add sugar with it and stir continuously to avoid forming lumps.
When the halwa start leaving the both sides of the pan, add milk powder in it along with cardamom powder. Stir it continuously.
When the whole milk has dried up properly, remove the pan and transfer the halwa in a bowl. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
