- 1 pound chicken cut into 8 pieces
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups flour

- ½ quarts peanut oil for frying
How to make
Toss the chicken pieces with black. Pepper, salt. Paprika, rosemary, thyme, white pepper, cayenne in a bowl
Stir in the chicken in the buttermilk and refrigerate for 6 hours
Combine the flour with the salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder in a bowl.
Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and drape it in seasoned flour and shake the excess flour and transfer it into a plate
Heat the peanut oil in a large oven at 350 degrees F and cook it for 10-15 minutes
Remove the chicken from the oil and serve it hot.
