  • 1 cup of marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 soft whole wheat toasted sandwich rolls

How to make

Preheat the broiler

  1. Combine flour, salt and ground pepper. Place the chicken pieces in between the plastic wrap. Pound the pieces of chicken with a smooth side of thickness ¼ inches.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook the spinach for 2-3 minutes and transfer to a bowl

  3. Add oil in a pan, add the pieces of chicken and cook until it turns golden brown. Transfer the chicken in a baking dish.

  4. Top the chicken with wilted spinach, marinara sauce, and parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Broil the chicken until the cheese has melted and the meat has become tender. Serve it on sandwich rolls.
