- half cup maida / plain flour / all-purpose flour
- one-fourth cup corn flour
- one-fourth tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
- one-fourth tsp pepper, crushed
- one-fourth tsp ginger garlic paste
- one-fourth tsp salt
- half cup water
- 8 mushrooms, halves
- oil for deep-frying
Other ingredients :
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1-inch ginger, finely chopped
- 2 green chilli, slit
- 4 tbsp spring onion, chopped
- ¼ onion, petals
- ¼ capsicum, cubed
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp pepper, crushed
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 tsp oil
How to make
Heat the oil in a pan for deep frying of mushroom.
Take a container and put all the frying ingredients in it and mix.
Put the washed mushroom in the container and add some water.
Start frying the mushroom till it turns slightly golden and crisp.
Now again heat oil for the gravy part.
Add glove, garlic, ginger, green chilli and saute.
Then add onion and capsicum. saute slightly.
Now add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, sugar and salt.
Saute till the sauce thickens.
Pour the cornflour mixed in water and stir continuously till the gravy thickens
Add the fried mushroom.
Mix and heat gently by coating the sauce well.
