- Besan – 1 cup
- Hing (Asafoetida) – 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp.
- A pinch of baking soda

How to make
After peeling the boiled eggs, cut them into half
Sprinkle some salt and pepper
In a bowl take Besan flour, hing (Asafoetida), chilli powder, baking soda and salt
Add water to make a batter
Dip the egg in the batter
Heat oil in pan and drop dipped the egg in hot oil
Keep on flipping them till they become crisp
Serve with hot ginger tea
