  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion, large or finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped or slit
  • ¾ to 1 tsp pav bhaji masala or garam masala
  • half tsp ginger garlic paste
  • half to three fourth tsp of red chili powder
  • 2 pinches of turmeric
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • half tsp of cumin
  • coriander leaves or curry leaves for garnishing
  • one fourth cup capsicum of or bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 small tomato (optional)

How to make

  1. Break the eggs in a bowl which is rinsed well.

  2. Beat the eggs till they become frothy and then add some salt and turmeric powder.

  3. After that, chop the onions finely.

  4. Heat the pan and add oil.

  5. After that add cumin seeds and onions and fry them till they become golden brown.

  6. Add the ginger garlic paste into it as they will give the whole recipe a nice aroma.

  7. If you want to use tomato and capsicum then you should add them now.

  8. Now add garam masala powder and chilli powder in it
