  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 15-20 cashew nuts soaked in hot water for few minutes
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 5-6 eggs
  • Oil for frying eggs

How to make

  1. Take 3 tbsp butter in a pan and heat it.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till becomes brown.

  3. Add onion until it becomes translucent.

  4. Add tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Let the mixture cool down.

  6. Once it is cooled, grind it along with some cashews and make a paste of it. This will make the gravy of the dish.
