- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 15-20 cashew nuts soaked in hot water for few minutes
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala powder

- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
