- 4 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp. of oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 green cardamoms
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- Half tsp. of cumin
- Three-fourth cup of onions finely chopped
- 1 slit green chilli
- A half cup of tomatoes chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp. of ginger garlic paste
- Half tsp. of red chilli powder
- Three-fourth to one tsp. of meat masala or garam masala
- Half tsp. of garam masala
- Half tsp. of coriander powder
- A half cup of green peas or one-fourth cup of cashews
- A handful of mint or pudina or coriander leaves
How to make
Boil the eggs until it gets hard. Then chop it when it gets cooled into a cube and after than set it aside.
Now take a pan, add some oil and when the oil gets hot, add the cinnamon, cumin, cloves, and bay leaf in oil and sauté it.
Next, add onions and fry them until they get golden brown. Now, add ginger garlic paste and sauté it so that the raw flavour of the paste gets vanished. After that, add some tomatoes and fry them till it gets mushy.
Next, add meat masala and some chilli powder.
Sauté the whole mixture until the raw smell of everything goes away.
Now add cashews or peas into the mixture.
Now, add some salt, coriander leaves, and pudina.
