- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 to 1 and a half tbsp. oil
- 1 small bay leaf

- Half tsp. shahi jeera masala
- Three-fourth cup of 2 medium-sized finely chopped onions
- 1 slit green chilli
- 1 tsp. of ginger garlic paste
- three-fourth cup of roughly chopped tomatoes
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. of garam masala
- half tsp. of red chilli powder
- half tsp. of coriander powder
- half tsp. of fennel seeds
- 1 handful mint and coriander leaves

- 3 tbsp. of grated or chopped coconut pieces of coconut
- 2 tbsp. of poppy seeds and 8 pieces of cashew nuts
How to make
Sauté all the spices in the pan till they start to crackle.
After that, in the same pan fry the onions and sauté the ginger garlic paste so that the raw smell of these ingredients is no more.
Next, add the powdered masalas and fry them.
Now add the coconut paste and sauté the whole mixture for a few minutes until the oil starts to separate.
