  • 1/2 cup boiled fresh noodles either from a packet or home-made
  • 1/2 perfectly chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup pure sliced onion
  • 1/4 tablespoon powder of the black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup finely and perfectly chopped beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 piece of the grated carrot
  • 1 finely sliced green chilli
  • salt as per the requirement or taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger paste
  • 1/8 teaspoonful of ajinomoto

How to make

  2. Just take a pan and add oil to it. 

  3. Heat the pan over medium ranged flame. 

  4. Once the oil gets fully hot, then add the ginger garlic paste to it and fry it totally for 20 to 30 seconds. If you like to make it more delicious, add some finely chopped green chillies you can also use chillies soaked in vinegar.

  5. Add some finely as well as perfectly chopped onions, beans and green chillies in the same pan as per needed. Add some cabbages, salt, pepper powder and ajinomoto as per the requirement. Stir fry the whole mixture for a minute or two.

  6. Add boiled noodles and break the eggs into the pan. Mix and co them for some time in a high flame to get the flavours in the much more enriching way.

  7. Now simply cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Once it's done transfer the dish into a serving bowl or plate.

  8. Garnish them with coriander leaves.

  9. Serve them hot and enjoy the memories with family members as well as with friends.
