- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1 to 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- a half cup of long grain rice
- 1 small and sliced onion
- spring onion
- 1 cabbage chopped
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- a handful of bell peppers
- schezwan peppers
- 1 tsp. of red chilli powder or paste
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp. of soya sauce
- 1 tsp. of vinegar
- half tsp. of sugar
- pepper as needed
- 2 green chillies
How to make
Cook the rice properly, do not over boil it.
Heat the pan and add some oil.
After heating the oil add garlic and after some time add chopped onions.
Then add Schezwan peppers and sauté it until the onions become golden brown.
Now add the red chilli paste and after sautéing for some time, add some water and stir it.
After that, add soya sauce, sugar, and vinegar.
Now add the white portion of the spring onion along with capsicum and cabbage.
Sauté this mixture for about 2 to 3 minutes and after that add the eggs that are beaten.
Stir it in the mixture until everything is cooked and eggs become soft.
Now add the pre-cooked rice, green portion of the spring onions, and pepper powder.
Mix everything together for 2 minutes.
Now your egg fried rice is ready to be served.
