Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 spoon chilli sauce
  • 2 spoons of regular sauce
  • 1 chapati
  • 2 teaspoon of butter
  • Salt as per taste
  • Bit of pepper powder

How to make

  1. Take eggs, break them and remove the yolk in a pan. Now whisk it and keep it aside.

  2. Chop the onions and bell peppers finely.

  3. In another pan, keep some oil or butter and then sauté finely chopped onions and bell pepper. You can put some salt and pepper powder as per the taste in these veggies. 

  4. Now, add the whisked eggs to these veggies and put chilli sauce and tomato ketchup to this.

  5. Now, since your filling is ready, take a chapati made out of wheat flour or maida and heat it in butter. Soon put the filling in the centre of the chapati and then roll it and keep it again in butter and let it be bit crispy.

  6. Your egg roll is ready for serving. You can garnish the same with chips and mayo.
