- 200 gm chopped mushroom
- 2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 small chopped capsicum (green pepper)
- 2 teaspoon corn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 3 pinches salt
- 3 tablespoon red chilli sauce
- 3 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1 chopped into cubes tomato
- 2 medium chopped onion
- 1 piece chopped green chilli
- 1 handful chopped coriander leaves
- 1 handful chopped spring onions
How to make
Step-By-Step Procedures To Make Chilli Mushroom
Soak the mushrooms in lukewarm water for a while.
Drain the excess water.
Take a different bowl and mix corn flour, salt, soy sauce, all-purpose flour, pepper powder, and vinegar together.
Add the mushrooms in the bowl and mix all well.
In a deep drying pan, heat oil over low to medium flame.
It is now time to fry the coated mushrooms until they turn brown and crisp.
Now, remove and drain the excess oil. Remember to keep 1-2 teaspoons of oil in the pan and remove only the excess.
