- Dried Noodles
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 8 Garlic
- 4 Cloves
- 2 cups Button Mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- ½ tsp Chilli flakes/ powder
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted Sesame Oil
- ½ cup finely chopped Scallions
How to make
First boil the noodles in a salted water.
When cooked, drain and rinse it with cold water and keep aside.
Mix together soya sauce, chilli flakes, vinegar, sweet chilli sauce and sesame oil and keep aside.
Add oil and garlic in a wok.
Now fry the garlic till they turn golden brown and then add mushrooms.
Make the flame high, then saute the mushrooms for around 2 minutes.
Now add the cooked noodles and then the sauce. Toss it well on a high heat flame.
Sprinkle with chopped green scallions.
Serve it hot.
