Ingredients

For marination!

  • 1- inch ginger grated
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi

Other ingredients!

  • 50 g baby tomatoes
  • 150 g bell pepper
  • 150 g onions
  • 400 g Mushrooms

How to make

  1. Always Wash the mushrooms and then clean and dry it properly and keep it in a side.

  2. Chop the vegetables in according to your wish but squared pieces will be better.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together using above in a bowl for marination purpose.

  4. Now add the mushrooms and vegetables to that bowl. Then leave it to get marinade for 1 to 2 hrs in a refrigerator.

  5. Now put all the vegetables from the above ingredients and mushrooms on skewers in a random order.
