- Fresh Spinach 800gms
- 4 tomatoes washed and cut
- Green Chilies
- 1 Onion roughly cut into piece
- 3-4 Garlic
- 2 Cloves
- 3-4 for Tomato Puree
- 3 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Red Chili Powder
- Mushrooms 200g
- 4 tbsp of thick cream
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
How to make
Wash the spinach properly focusing each leaf.
Put aside and let it cool.
Blend the spinach in a blender by adding ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Again in blender, blend tomato, ginger, garlic and onion for tomato purée.
Take washed and chopped mushrooms.
In a pan, fry mushrooms and take it out on the plate.Now add some ghee on the pan and add cumin seeds. Let it crackle.
Add tomato purée and saute.
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
Let the ghee separate out from the masala.
Add cream to the gravy and stir.
Add methi with garam masala.
Now add the fried mushroom which we done at the first step.
Serve hot with chapattis, naan or kulcha.
