Ingredients

  • 4 eggs boiled and pierced with a fork randomly
  • 1 cup of chopped onions
  • 1 chopped or slit green chilli
  • A half or a three-fourths cup of ripe and chopped finely tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. of red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • One-fourth cup of thick coconut milk
  • Some curry leaves
  • A pinch of mustard
  • One-fourth tsp. of cumin
  • Oil as required
  • A little bit of coriander powder or garam masala (optional)

How to make

  1. Take a pan and add oil, cumin and mustard seeds, curry leaves and wait for the spices to crackle up.
